The project
One Legacy Singapore is a project gathering one hundred inspiring people across Singapore, each shown with a portrait, a short interview film, and the one line that carried them through, to be published in a book. "Legacy" here means inspiring words and resilience, not wills, money, or inheritance.
User contributions
When you submit a nomination, a quote, or a volunteer application, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have consent to share any nominee contact details. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted quotes and stories in connection with the project, including the book and related materials.
Acceptable use
- — You will not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
- — You will not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of this website.
- — You will not use automated tools to submit forms at volume.
Moderation
We reserve the right to review, moderate, feature, hide, or delete any submitted content at our discretion. Spam or abusive submissions may result in the blocking of the email address responsible.
Intellectual property
The One Legacy Singapore name, logo, and all content published on this website are owned by Ben Yew Pty Ltd, unless otherwise attributed. Submitted quotes remain the intellectual property of their authors, licensed to us as described above.
Liability
This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ben Yew Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
